Anna Nepal Trek - The name with powerful message !

Anna is short form of Annapurna, the mountain goddess worshiped for everlasting food. Almost all high Himalayan mountains are either embodiment or abode of god and goddess. The mountain worshipping culture is spiritual and predates all established regions. The belief kept the Himalayan ecology intact for thousands of years. The mountain goddess Annapurna is symbol of great compassion and happiness that Himalayan mountains bring to us. She is needed more in the modern time to remind us of how nature makes us happy and heals us and our environment for nothing in return.

It is now proved fact that spending time in nature reduce stress, improve mood and enhances overall health. Unfortunately, rampant constructions, modern lifestyle and mass tourism have effected the ecology of the Himalayas as well.

We at Anna Nepal trek, try to bring you on the pristine Himalayan trails and feel the power of mother nature. Stop creating a virtual comfort zone and live in illusion of happiness, rather surrender to the nature to feel the true happiness.
